Set within Udine’s historic centre, this kitchen explores the relationship between solid forms, reflective surfaces and natural light. A restrained palette of white solid surface, black glass and timber defines an interior where everyday functions are integrated into a clear architectural composition.
White solid surface unifies the worktops, sliding breakfast counter and full-height cabinetry. Its smooth, satin finish contrasts with the depth of the black glass wall cladding, which reflects the room and creates changing perceptions of space. The timber floor brings warmth to the monochrome palette.
The sliding breakfast counter is the central element of the design, allowing the working and dining areas to adapt to different moments of the day. LEM stools by Lapalma, with their slender steel frames, complement the precise lines of the bespoke furniture.
Flush cabinet fronts and carefully aligned surfaces give the kitchen a quiet continuity, while daylight reveals the subtle differences between matte white, reflective black glass and brushed metal.
