As regards the restaurant, the client requested an extension of the breakfast area with the design of a new window frame in the wood-paved area. In the area of external relevance, the original floor was replaced with a heat-treated wood and the paving in stone (porphyry) was expanded with a pitch for advertising and evening entertainment events. The restyling of the rooms has seen as a first step the replacement of all the floors with a wood. The same applies to the bathrooms where large slabs of Kerlite have also been inserted vertically. In the bathrooms the bathtubs have been eliminated and showers with large fixed glass was preferred. All the sanitary ware replaced and new sinks and taps inserted
