The client’s request was to reduce the consumption of this building. All the windows were then replaced and the details of all the construction holes were studied to create a cladding system without thermal bridges. The thermal insulation was also inserted in the roof. The materials chosen are fibrous in order to have an excellent result in winter but also in summer. Mineral fiber is also an excellent acoustic insulator. The building has therefore passed from an energy class F to a class B with excellent energy and economic savings.
