The project was born with exciting ideas that clashed with the usual limits of the appointed public offices. The many reasons given have prevented the realization of some typical elements of the island declaring them non-typological. The foresight and patience of the client allowed us, despite all the obstacles, to build a cleaner building, without building superfettings and abuses that had accumulated over the years.

The architectural part was designed to improve the energy aspects and the views towards the lagoon and Venice. In this way, the interiors were full of light and more compositional. Free from the classic constraints of the structures of this period.
