The project has been followed since the municipal practice, the health authorizations, up to the executive project decided in every single detail. The satin stainless steel, the large bleached and sanded larch boards, the technical elements of the back counter and all the appliances. The customer was guided in every single choice, even in the graphics for the advertising sign and the timetable.
